I don't book same day appointments unless I have seen you before

Please email me to prebook. If I haven't seen you, please make sure you include all the necessary information: age, where you live, what you do for a living, and a few words about your personality. A cell phone is a requirement. No cell phone = no appointment. I bought a prepaid phone the other day for areas that my cell company doesn't serve well. It wasn't a big deal! Neither as an effort, nor as an expense. I can reload it on the phone, it is anonymous, etc. etc. etc.
